Fall Program Kickoff and Pot Luck Meal

     Fall Roundtable & Program Kickoff is going to be Thursday, August 5th at the Trinity Lutheran Church Park at 7:00. We will have dinner at 6:30 and the meeting will start at 7:00. Drinks will be provided for you, please bring a covered dish to share with the rest of the group. We will discuss fall recruitment and program, so please have your recruitment night plans set so you can let us know when they are going to be. EVERY pack and troop are REQUIRED to send at least one representative to this event.

Fall Roundtables

     After the kickoff, we are changing the location of the Roundtable. Details of the new location will be announced at the kickoff.  The district is working to organize more interesting programs for the Roundtables. There will be fun, fellowship, and plenty of information for all. Come to expand your Scouting network, come to receive items from your friendly district professional, just come! Any volunteer may attend roundtable, but at least one representative from EVERY unit will be expected to attend roundtable EVERY month. Whether it is a Commissioner, Scoutmaster or Cubmaster, Den Leader , or some other leader, SOMEONE from each unit must attend roundtable.
