Zane Trace/Forest Trails Winter Camporee; Iditarod

   
        It's that time of year again! Almost time for the annual Iditarod, and it's shaping up to be a snowy one this year!          Once again, Ken Scherf has agreed to head up the event, which will be the LAST Iditarod with Zane Trace and Forest         Trails together.  For more information on the event, click here

District Award Winners

We honored some great Scouting volunteers at the District Dinner. Patty Steer, Committee Member of Pack 174, received “Cubber of the Year” while Kevin Pinson, Scoutmaster of Troop 128, received “Scouter of the Year”. Dave Milligan, Scoutmaster of Troop 565, was inducted into the Herb Dilley Hall of Fame.

Brent Jones (Cubmaster with Pack 122), Clyde Mayne (Committee Chair with Troop 548), and Jay Smith (Outgoing District Chairman) received the District Award of Merit.

Thanks goes out to Jay for 5 years of service as our District Chairman.
